Physical Presence: Hybrid - 1 day per week in office
- Minimum 5 years, preferably in Blue Prism and UiPath environments, UiPath, or Blue Prism.

Team has Blue Prism and will be implementing UiPath. First, seeing if someone has great UiPath and BluePrism, Second, strong with UiPath. Third, Strong with Blue Prism. If not, someone who is really strong in RPA and automations at which point they would consider Automation Anywhere. **IDEAL: Blue Prism and UiPath.**
2. Someone who will be very quick, can put up their hand to ask questions, happy and passionate in RPA stream. The biggest challenge will be to find footing and contribute right away, able to manage multiple projects at the same time with stakeholders who are running flat out/who are busy. Person needs to be able to adapt quickly.
3. Strong technical knowledge, engineering mindset (Doesn't have to be a developer but would be helpful if they came from an engineering background). Understands the Mechanisms of automation.
4. Consulting mindset as they will be supporting internal clients and doing automations for IT, HR, Finance, Audit and Tax.

Experience Level: minimum 5 years, preferably in Blue Prism and/or UiPath environments
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication skills

Nice to Have:
Prior experience with RPA development and/or testing
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, PowerApps, Power BI, etc.

What you will do
Organize task mining initiatives and/or process walkthrough sessions to capture details of current process flows.
Provide business stakeholders with guidance regarding the features and capabilities of UiPath and Blue Prism.
Document future state process flows, including alternate flows and exceptions.
Create process design documents that specify the purpose and goals of each automation effort and provide specific step-by-step details of the automation flow.
Organize and lead PDD (Process Definition Document) review sessions with stakeholders, ensuring all process details are accurately captured and approved by the business SME (Subject Matter Expert).
Provide support for automation developers, including clarifying automation requirements, facilitating creation of required environment and permission configurations, etc.
Support QA (Quality Assurance) in testing larger automation initiatives, including review of test plans and facilitation of test data collection and validation; work with developers to lead the QA (Quality Assurance) process for simple automation initiatives.
Participate in pre
- and post-deployment activities, e.g., UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions, Go/No-Go meetings, hypercare calls, etc.
Monitor the performance of deployed processes in production and suggest enhancements and improvements.
Assist with various operational issues, including troubleshooting production support issues, as well as gathering and documenting change request details, etc.

What you bring to the role
3 to 5 years of experience as an analyst in an automation environment.
Interest in and willingness to learn machine learning and AI (Artificial Intelligence) automation models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional documentation skills, including concise requirements and easy-to-follow process flow diagrams.
Ability to forge consensus within a group of stakeholders, to deliver a solution that works for all.
Knowledge of agile methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience working in a business automation environment, including exposure to automation tools such as Abbyy and other OCR (Optical Character Recognition) solutions, chatbots, Python, etc. Technical skills
Strong knowledge of automation tools, including UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform, etc.
Experience with QA testing, including ability to create test plans, test cases, execute test cycles, etc.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
