**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
- Help with the assembly of structures such as scaffolding, forms, or frameworks.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be beneficial for transportation purposes.
