**Summary of Position**:
Develop, service and lead foodservice channel marketing

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Live Core Values
- Design and execute marketing plans and sales strategies for customer-specific needs
- Foodservice National and Regional account sales growth
- Provide business case and pre-RFA insights for product opportunities (inbound)
- Enable Cardinal Capability within non-customer specific, analysis-based business cases (outbound)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and sustain new sales volume
- Match company offerings and Foodservice market needs
- Continuously train sales team on Cardinal’s capabilities and products
- Support marketing services for Foodservice sales resources (i.e. sell sheets and presentation support materials)
- Coordination of external resources for designated projects
- Project Lead for the Foodservice Channel
- Work with Foodservice broker partners on training & implementation of key product & sales programs
- Administer and manage Foodservice marketing budget
- Collaborate with Sales to develop / present customer presentations
- Consolidation of industry information to generate trend information for the Food Service channel
- Demonstrated Servant Leadership

- Continuous improvement in company policies and procedures
- Coverage for planned and unplanned absences which could compromise our policies, procedures, and programs

**Ideal Qualifications**:

- College or University diploma/degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Food service industry experience (min. 3 years)
- Project management skills to lead/contribute/execute multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills in identifying market opportunities, creating effective business review / product solution presentations
- Creative communication skills including design and copy writing
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Possess leadership skills and provides direction for the company’s development
- Promote teamwork and camaraderie amongst staff
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Possess good interpersonal relationships towards co-workers
