We are a busy 3 Diamond hotel located in Downtown Vancouver currently looking to fill a position for a Bellman & Concierge. This position will be full time and may include extra shifts and overtime.

The role of a bellman/concierge will be responsible for welcoming our guests to the hotel and assisting with any needs or questions they may have during their stay.

Responsibilities Include:
**Warmly welcome guests to the hotel and assist guests to and from their room when necessary**

**Assist guests with luggage when necessary.**

**Loading and unloading of bags into guest vehicles and tour busses.**

**Inform guests of in-room amenities.**

**Take and deliver Room Service food and beverages.**

**Promote the hotel outlets and facilities.**

**Assist guests with questions about tours, attractions, places to see and things to do around Vancouver and neighbouring cities.**

**Assist guests in booking tours, attractions, and reservations.**

**Maintain a clean and organized Lobby and hotel entrance area.**

Qualifications:
**Must maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.**

**Must be available to work morning shifts, evening shifts and weekends.**

**Must be able to speak, read and write English, a second language is an asset.**

**Must possess exceptional communication skills.**

**Knowledge of Vancouver and it's attractions.**

**Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.**

**Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular and continuous basis.**

**Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment on a regular and continuous basis.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.07 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Must be available to work full time - 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week - with a varied shifts AM or PM (AM - 7am
- 3pm / PM - 3pm -11pm)
