**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy construction equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, dump trucks and skid steers with precision and safety.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to execute tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
- Support other construction activities requiring mechanical knowledge or heavy equipment operation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, excavators, graders, backhoes, dump trucks and skid steers.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (1A) preferred or required based on project needs & clean driving abstract.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy loads when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $17.00-$36.58 per hour
