As we continue to grow, we have an immediate requirement for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

We will train the right individual who is self motivated, can work on own and absorbs information quickly. You will report directly to the GM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various platforms (such as in house appraisals, auctions, private buys, rental companies) to identify vehicle buying opportunities to purchase and supply the Pre-Owned department vehicles
- Build strong relationships/rapport with private sellers
- Inspect vehicle conditions, damage reports, and accident history to strengthen buying decisions
- Monitor market trends and communicate findings
- Keep accurate records of interactions and offers

**What You Bring**:

- No Previous dealership experience required - just strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work with social media/dealer software
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Valid Driver’s License

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
