_**Rehab Hero is a multidisciplinary clinic with two locations in Markham and North York, focusing on Sports Rehabilitation. We are a full service clinic that offers Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Rehab Coaching, Acupuncture, Laser Therapy, and Shockwave therapy.**_
- We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our facility and growing clinical team at our _**Markham and North York location**_._
- Duties & Responsibilities_
- Assist the Clinical Manager by-_
- _ _Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by all team members_
- Resolving all patient issues to their overall satisfaction_
- Providing support for effective functioning of the clinic, general office organization,
management and administrative support_
- Complete third party forms & letters when required_
- Patient check-in, scheduling appointments, responding to telephone & in-person inquiries_
- Fax, photocopy, scanning as required_
- Assist practitioner in maintaining records_
- A recognized medical office administration program diploma, or equivalent work/education_
- experience _
- Energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing_
- Experience with Janeapp Online Platform and high level of computer proficiency_
- Taking payment through various methods including direct billing with affiliated insurances_
- Ability to work independently and take initiative. _
- Able to analyze processes and workflows and identify issues and possible improvements_
- Proficient computer and phone skills_
- Multi-tasker, great organizational skills, detail-oriented, quick learner, and good memory_
- Adaptable and able to anticipate changing workflow_
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible_
- Passion for health, wellness and helping others_
- Able to work well in a team environment, able to learn well from others_
- Ability to communicate in other languages a bonus_
- Experience is preferred but not required - paid training will be provided._

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
