Marketing & Communication Manager or Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communication Manager or Director to join our dynamic team. As the voice of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in creating, sourcing, curating, and coordinating content on our website and with affiliate partners with the goal of elevating our digital presence and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Lead and execute strategies to enhance our social media presence. This includes content creation across digital platforms and overall social media management to ensure an engaging brand experience.
- **Community Engagement and Management**: Drive community interaction by engaging across platforms, responding to comments and discussions. Develop strategies for engagement, content moderation, and leveraging community insights to improve products and customer experiences.
- **Brand Advocacy and Media Relations**:Represent Wingbuddy and create comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals. This involves developing initiatives to enhance our brand image and overseeing creative development for marketing materials and possible public relations.
- **Partnership Marketing**:Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives with key partners, focusing on campaigns to boost sales, traffic, and conversion rates, all while building strong meaningful relationships.
- **Marketing Analysis**:Monitor and enhance business metrics, connecting them to campaign impacts. This includes understanding and deriving insights from data for continuous improvement and budget management and effective investments..
- **Crisis Management**:Prepare and manage communication strategies for potential crises or negative publicity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 4+ years experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the travel industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency: English and French
- Deep understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building relationships
- Creative, dynamic, and critical thinker with a positive mindset
- Exceptional prioritization and multi-tasks skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
