We are a locally operated lawn care and maintenance company serving the **West Island** area. We take pride in delivering quality service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We're currently looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team for the 2025 mowing season.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Lawn Maintenance Worker**, you will play a key role in keeping our residential and commercial properties in top condition. This **seasonal position** starts immediately and runs until the **beginning of November**. Ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being outdoors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mow lawns using push and ride-on mowers
- Trim and edge grass along sidewalks, driveways, and garden beds
- Blow and clean up clippings and debris
- Maintain equipment (fueling, cleaning, basic upkeep)
- Follow daily routes and complete tasks efficiently and professionally
- Assist with other general outdoor tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be located **near the West Island** and have **reliable transportation**:

- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to use or learn to operate trimmers, mowers, and blowers
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or with a small team
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset, but **not required** — we provide training

**Schedule & Pay**:

- Monday to Friday (occasional weekends if needed due to weather)
- Full-time workdays
- **Starting pay: $150/day**:
