**Overview**

**Duties**
- Take ownership of assigned online leads, contacting potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial outreach to financing and vehicle delivery.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and build trust, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and finalize financing plans tailored to each customer’s needs, managing all related documentation.
- Book in-person appointments for customers to finalize transactions and sign required documents.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular performance updates to management, including lead conversion metrics and sales trends.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in auto sales or finance management will be considered.
- Proven experience in a dealership setting, with expertise in handling leads and managing sales and financing processes end-to-end.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, dealership management software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- We assist our customers 6 days a week, please ensure you have the time and availability to do so as well prior to applying.

Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
