**Start Date**: ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing morning bus numbers, take payments, load skis and snow board equipment on to the buses
- Efficiently answer guest questions regarding snow conditions, weather, resort facilities, etc. while providing excellent customer service
- Bus Hosts will also assist with Special Event functions that include Skier Receptions, Familiarization Tours, Promotional Evenings and events that are coordinated at the Lake Louise Ski Resort

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Customer service oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Proven sales experience and responsible with money
- Can work well in a team as well as independently
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
