**Job Summary**:
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Follow standard operating procedures when performing on-the-farm activities as directed by your supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety standards to minimize workplace risks and follow food safety protocols.
- Keep the farm and its properties tidy.
- Operate and maintain the spaying equipment and ensure they are clean and in good working condition. Conduct daily checks before and after use.
- Preparing and mixing chemicals. This involves understanding chemical handling procedures, mixing ratios, and safety precautions.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Responsibilities are not limited to this guideline.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience
- **_ Must have a Class A Pesticide Applicator Certificate_**:

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Job Location**: Linkletter, Prince Edward Island

**Benefits and Compensation Information**:

- Hours of work are dependent on production. Flexibility to work on days, evenings and Saturdays would be required.
- Linkletter Farms offers competitive wages, health packages and pension plans to permanent employees.

- Range $22 to $25 per hour.
- This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
