**About Us**

**Two Girls’ Bakery** is an **early-stage, fast-growing mini desserts startup** in Mississauga. We craft filled mini cupcakes, cheesecakes, and tarts that look beautiful and taste even better.

**The Role**

Hands-on production of mini desserts—mixing, baking, finishing, and packaging—while keeping quality consistent and timelines tight.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Daily production**: Scale recipes, mix, bake, and finish minis (cupcakes, cheesecakes, tarts, bars).
- **Finishing**: Clean piping, neat garnishes, chocolate work basics.
- **Quality & consistency**: Follow SOPs, track yields, label allergens, maintain standards.
- **Prep & inventory**: Mise en place, rotate stock (FIFO), flag low inventory.
- **Packaging & orders**: Box/label accurately for pickups, delivery, and events.
- **Sanitation**: Clean-as-you-go, end-of-shift cleaning logs and food-safe practices.

**You Are**
- **Experienced**: 1-2 years in bakery/pastry or strong portfolio proving equivalent skill.
- **Precise & fast**: Great scaling, oven timing, and attention to detail.
- **Reliable**: Comfortable with **early mornings** and weekends/holidays.
- **Physically ready**: Lift up to 50 lb / 23 kg; on feet for extended periods.
- **Bonus**: Macarons/choux, chocolate tempering, GF/eggless experience.

**Schedule**

~20 hours/week. Potential to move to full-time.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
