The Warehouse Associate will support our company’s warehouse operations. You will ship, receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse and logístical activities.

**Job duties**:

- Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy
- Organize warehouse space
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify and complete customer invoices
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Perform monthly cycle counts
- Process, package and ship orders accurately
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

**Qualifications**:
**Skills, education, and experience requirements**:

- 3-4 years of warehouse experience preferably in an Aerospace company
- Working knowledge and experience with FIFO system
- Good understand of warehouse data system, ERP/MRP experience (M2M, Macola a plus)
- International shipping experience required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- IATA certification
- High school diploma
