**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a **Service Sprinkler - Road Supervisor** The Service Road Supervisor will lead all internal sprinkler TI and service projects with our existing client base as well as our growing contractor demands. In addition to working in the field and leading the Service Team, this position will work directly with the support and guidance of our Sprinkler Operations Manager.

Responsibilities of the **Service Sprinkler Road Supervisor **include:

- Understand current and previous building code requirements, industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and knowledge of all aspects of permitting and local AHJ requirements.
- Ability to preform site take offs, build bill of materials, and accurately price TI or repairs.
- Directly involved in all sprinkler system sales, quotations, service work needs, as well as deficiencies and spin-offs from inspection accounts.
- Proactively manage service projects risks, issues, and develop mitigation plans to address potential problems.
- Develop and communicate service project deliverables, detailed service project schedules, incorporating critical timelines from customers.
- Responsible for all technical communication regarding service project status with both the customer as well as the Service Coordinator.
- Communicate all aspects of the change order process with the Service Coordinator to ensure all costs are captured and documented when necessary to work performed beyond the original scope.
- Work hands on with our team of Journeymen Sprinkler Fitters when required to ensure they have access to additional industry training, new equipment & technology.
- Work closely with the Service Coordinator and field team to ensure all required information is available and that required documents including invoicing and inventory transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure sprinkler service division staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Other supervisory duties as required.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Proven experience in leading and running, TI’s, service, design and permitting.
- Experience with service process and ability to navigate busy sites.
- Project Management experience of varying complexity along with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and architectural blueprints used in building trades to make accurate estimates for material lists and labour requirements.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in order to lead others while managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal & written.
- Willingness to assist as needed and work effectively as a team and on your own.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and clean criminal record check.
