**Job Summary**
We are seeking a hard-working and friendly receptionist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, keeping clients as comfortable as possible during services and helping with cleaning tasks.

Opportunities for raises, increased hours and other positions become available over time.

**Hours**
- 12PM-8PM Wednesdays
- 9AM - 5PM Saturdays

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supporting our technicians by cleaning and sanitizing rooms in between appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, fostering a positive environment.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience with online booking systems is preferred but not mandatory; training is provided.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all aspects of work.
- Ability to do physical work on your feet for long periods.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

Work Location: In person
