Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world.
- The Hospitality team is all about providing excellent customer service so everyone - guests, staff, and visitors - feels taken care of. Staff provide top-notch service and keep things running smoothly by spotting the little details, jumping in when needed, and creating a clean and welcoming environment.
- Housekeeping Staff are in charge of keeping things clean and welcoming for everyone, staff and guests alike They help tidy up meeting areas, public spaces, and restrooms. Daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and giving windows, showers, sinks, and toilets a good clean. Shifts vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the department.
- Staff are required to attend all meetings as outlined during staff training including Cadence and Small Group.

- Muskoka Woods is looking for staff whose personal values match the MW Core Values which includes having a passion for working with children and youth.

Housekeeping staff must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, take initiative, be attentive to detail, works well individually as well as part of a team.

**Salary Range**:

- $175 - $205 per week plus room and board

**Full Summer Bonus**:

- June 19 - September 4, 2026

**Essential Functions**:

- Have the physical strength and ability to lift and move small and large objects (ie. vacuum cleaner, garbage bags, boxes, and inventory)
- Work efficiently for 7-9 hours at a time
- Participate in work projects that involve lifting and carrying 10-30 lbs
- Be able to stoop, bend, and crouch
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and guests

**Additional Notes**:

- All staff are required to uphold the Muskoka Woods Vision and Mission, Core Values and Aspirations, as well as all policies and procedures as outlined during our Staff Development Week held at the beginning of your contract.
- All Counsellors stay in a cabin with our guests. All other staff stay in shared staff accommodation.
- All Staff are required to live on property in Rosseau, Ontario for the duration of their contract.
