**Laser City is looking to add a Full Time Shift Leader to our North Calgary team** We are looking for **fun, friendly and outgoing people** to join our team. This is a perfect position for someone in school. **What does a Shift leader do?** The Shift Leader is a valued position that helps to run the day.

Responsibilities

include opening and closing the facility, cash out, leading the team and more We are looking for a fun leader who will help to ensure our guests have a great time when visiting the facility - Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisor or shift leader role - Really, really great at working with the public - especially kids - Outgoing and Confident - Helping to resolve issues with customers - Answering the phone - Understand the ins and outs of our POS - Always willing to help - Able to be work on your feet all shift - Are 18 and older - Have a reliable way to get to our location - Able to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) **The Ideal Person for this Job is**: - Results driven - focused on providing an excellent product delivery every time - Really, really great at working with kids - Great at delegating and coaching your team to deliver a great day - Outgoing and confident - Truly care about your position within the company - Likes to create a fun engaging work environment - Lots of energy - Able to work on their feet all shift - Can communicate effectively with coworkers, parents and kids - Have a reliable way to get to our location (Transit won't work for this position) **Requirements**: - Safety Conscious and Detail Oriented - Great Decision Making Skills - Quick thinking and Confident - 100% Trustworthy and Reliable - Reliable Transportation - Solution Focused Wage will be dependent on experience and availability We are looking to fill a part time role and a full time role - so let us know what you are looking for We're a relaxed, fun place to work.
