**Job Summary**

Must be available afternoons, evenings til 8pm and Saturdays and Sundays and be available for on call day shifts

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a clear professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Booking Service appointments and cashiering Service Customers
- Provide general administrative support, and assisting the service team
- Assist customers with inquiries - and provide accurate information
- Ability to Multitask and handle a multiline phone
- Update and maintain filing
- Collaborate with other team members
- **Qualifications**
- Customer service skills
- Friendly outgoing chatty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient keyboarding skills - Computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent attendance and reliability
