**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed and reporting low stock levels.
- Engage with customers to promote sales and suggest additional products or services that may meet their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Strong bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information about products or services.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Previous cashiering or retail experience is advantageous, particularly in technology sales environments.
- Ability to sell products effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency being a plus.
