**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct and indirect assistance at home and in community to expand and support interests.
- Provide personal care assistance as needed.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with family to support inclusion in community.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with complex needs and autism is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities and provide compassionate support.
- Strong communication skills to interact with individual and his family.
- Physical ability to keep up with an active young boy.
- Facilitation of realtionships.
- Knowledge of behavioural supports and adherence to schedule is an asset.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $15.90-$21.86 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week

Work Location: In person
