We require a valid ECE certificate for this position (must be 1-year or 5-year ECE, not ECE Assistant).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the children, parents and other teachers.
- A positive outlook and optimistic attitude
- A desire to create a healthy and safe environment for the children
- An openness to new ideas and exciting changes
- Existing experience in childcare - whether through a practicum or working in other childcare programs

**Requirements**:

- ECE or ECE Assistant certification & license
- Valid First Aid training and certification
- Successful criminal record check
- Immunization record
- 3 Character references

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- child care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- ECE 1-year or 5-year certificate (Not ECE Assistant) (required)
