We are looking for a reliable Registrar Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

**Experience**
- Substantial and recent experience in performing a full range of administrative duties in the area of general administration, contracting and finance.
- Substantial and recent experience in responding to enquiries from clients and explaining policies.
- Substantial and recent experience in data entry and reporting through a computerized system.
- Substantial and recent experience in the usage of computers and software such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures;
- Expert knowledge of several software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
**Abilities**
- Ability to work independently and adjust to priorities;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Ability to analyze to make recommendations;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work in both Canadian official languages (English and French)

**The incumbent must have security clearance (reliability or secret) or must be able to obtain it rapidly.**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gatineau, QC
