We are currently looking for an Evening Processing Supervisor to join our team. **The individual must be able to commit to work Monday to Friday 2pm-10:30pm or 4pm-10:30pm**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Evening Processing Supervisor will work closely with management to supervise and execute day-to-day processing and packaging activities.

**Processing Supervisors responsibilities**:

- Train, mentor, provide guidance, and oversee the performance of processing team members.
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment, motivate the team, and bring excitement to every day.
- Manage production scopes and processing operations to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
- Enforce safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment, orders of operation, and safe handling of chemicals.
- Provide daily reports of processing activities and performance and communicate effectively with management and other supervisors.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and all relevant regulations and legal frameworks concerning the processing of cannabis products, as well as associated record-keeping and documentation.
- Monitor equipment functionality and request maintenance services when necessary.
- Supervise timely and safe execution of cleaning and sanitation tasks, ensuring they meet specifications and are well-documented.
- Review all production and inventory records generated by processing team members to ensure precision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to an ongoing enhancement of operational methods by optimizing procedures and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or leadership role.
- Team-player mindset.

- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about cannabis.
- Able to follow written and/or verbal direction effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Able to consistently work evening shifts: 2pm-10:30pm or 4pm-10:30pm Monday to Friday**:

- Education: Currently hold or working towards a diploma or bachelor's degree, an asset
- Local to the Edmonton area or able to commute, with reliable transportation.
- Aptitude for repetitive tasks
- Comfortable squatting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (22kg)
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as needed, including but not limited to sanitary clothing covers, gloves, mask, respirator, and/or eye protection while working.
- **Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to entering the facility.**:

- **No cannabis experience necessary - we are more focused on finding the right leader with a passion for learning**

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
