**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
- **Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware issues.**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- **Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.**:
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures and user guides.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
**Skills**
- **Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems and Deployment, POS system/Machines.**:
- **Networking devices, Cabling, Cisco, Routers, Switches, Fiber Optics.**:
- **Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).**:
- **Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (printers, Laptop, Desktop computers, etc.).**:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
