Stock Associate

Carnarvon Jug City and LCBO Convenience Outlet is looking for a part-time Stock Associate to join the team. Must have flexible availability.

This role requires exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced You will be ensuring all shelves in the store are filled and neatly arranged and verify what items need to be ordered or liquidated. You may also help customers find items and deal with other related customer service needs from time to time. Other tasks include assisting in store maintenance and creating merchandise displays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify stock is rotated and fresh
- Arrange merchandise and keep shelves clean and filled
- Order merchandise that is running low
- Pack and unpack merchandise received or sold in the store
- Scan barcodes and complete price checks
- Help customers find products they need
- Help maintain the store - sweep, mop, and clean

**Requirements**:

- Ideally previous experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Motivated to work with others as well as independently
- Physical ability to lift and move at least 50lbs
- Flexibility to work various hours - especially on Tuesday and Thursdays
- Basic math skills
- All LCBO employees must be 18 years or older

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
