Brantford, Canada Participation Support Services Full time

**Reports to**:

- Manager of Outreach & Assisted Living or Designate

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients living in their own homes with their activities of daily living including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, eating, dressing, toileting and medication
- Assist clients living in their own homes with meal preparation, laundry, making beds, and light housekeeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Personal Support Worker Certificate or Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent
- First Aid/CPR C certificate
- Experience providing personal care in a residential or home care setting
- Clear and up-to-date (within the past 6 months) Vulnerable Sector Check conducted by the local police service
- Driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle.
- Experience working with disabled adults and/or senior citizens is an asset

Position is eligible for $3.00/hour Provincial PSW Wage Enhancement for hours worked

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.92 per hour
