**Job Summary**

As a cleaner your duties include, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

This role requires strong communication skills, time management and the ability to work in a changing environment.

**Duties**
- Be responsible for the day to day cleaning requests.
- Submit bi-weekly timesheets to owner.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from clients.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled timeframes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to facility cleanliness.

**Qualifications**
- Previous managerial experience required.
- Previous residential cleaning experience is required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and coworkers.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
