**Job Summary**

**Master Mechanic is hiring a General Manager with licenced (310-S) automotive Technician for our brand new location opening in Prince Albert, SK. Master Mechanic provides full-service automotive repair and maintenance and has been proudly servicing local communities since 1982. Our licensed technicians take great pride in delivering exceptional service based on integrity, trust, reliability & professionalism. Master Mechanic has 48 locations across southern Ontario and is a trusted brand in the automotive repair industry.**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Keep track of inventory, order and shipment
- Billing and invoices

**Experience**
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or equivalent Red Seal)
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (management experience an asset)
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
