**Key Responsibilities**
- Price and weigh product, ensure product is properly wrapped
- Monitor product preparation for cooking keeping consistency of flavor and produce a quality product.
- Stock, rotate, merchandise and face product according to department procedure.
- Maintain back-stock and cooler areas according to department standards.
- Maintain inventory of perishable and non-perishable products as assigned.
- Assist other clerks as needed.
- Operate and clean applicable machinery
- Follow store safety procedures at all times such as temperature logs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by department head to meet business needs.
- Adhere to company standards and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Adhere to strict cleaning schedule ensuring a high level of cleanliness and sanitation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a food prep or HMR department an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to be productive without direct guidance during the day or weekend shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints.
- Available to work during the day including weekends.
- Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs.

**Additional Information**

Hours: Vary from 15-20 hours per week.
Wage: Minimum Wage.
Availability: Must be available in the evenings - 3, 4 or 5 pm start time.
