Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and targets.
- Design, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook/Instagram, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic, including blog posts, articles, and other formats.
- Collaborate with the PR team to create and maintain a consistent brand image, ensuring all marketing materials and initiatives align with the company's messaging and objectives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and optimize ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and in line with strategic priorities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
- The Marketing Manager will be a critical team player in driving our brand's growth and success, leveraging their creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to engage our target audience and drive results.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Post secondary education, or industry equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive results.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices to optimize the online presence and organic reach.
- Team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including PR, product development, and sales.
- Knowledge of design principles and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually appealing marketing materials and content.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
A successful Marketing Manager will have a unique combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
