Cladding Estimator

We are growing at an exponential rate and are looking for an outgoing individual with strong work ethic, reliability and accountability to join our fast-growing cladding/sheet metal division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive and accurate project estimates in response to client needs
- Liaison with clients and build relationships with various stakeholders
- Prepare take off packages
- Preparing of prequalification packages
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
- Prepare estimates for general expenses and overhead
- Liaise, consult and communicate with suppliers, team members and contractors
- Ensure timely completion of estimates
- Estimation submittals and contract administration

**Requirements**:

- Estimating experience in the construction industry considered an asset
- Ability to solve problems innovatively and creatively
- Strong competency in technical writing
- Experience using different types of estimating software
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
