Chiropractor

Come join our team We are currently seeking a Chiropractor to join our team at Fotis Physio & Wellness. Our clinic is located on Big Bay Point Rd in Barrie, Ontario.

Fotis Physio & Wellness is a multidisciplinary patient care clinic that offers a complete range of services including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Pelvic Health, and Sports/Orthopaedic Therapy. Our goal is to provide quality care to all clientele and to work as a team with all patients to achieve optimal health and personal wellbeing.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Perform clinical assessments, set goals, develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for each of your clients
- Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
- Seek to understand your client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
- Accurately document each of your client's conditions and progress by completing charting expectations
- Provide on-going evaluation of client progress
- Administer and collect outcome measurement information
- Help improve the health and wellbeing of the community
- Innovative and willing to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including actively participating in case conference meetings towards ensuring excellent clinical outcomes for our clientele.
- Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload
- Complete reports and documents when necessary (progress reports, discharge reports, treatment plans, functional ability forms)

**Experience**
- You are licensed to practice in Ontario and in good standing with your affiliated college
- You have the appropriate liability insurance
- Ability to provide a consistent schedule that is reliable
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Patient-first attitude
- A solid understanding of how different therapies (physiotherapy, naturopathy, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic care etc.) in the clinic can benefit patient care
- Commitment to professionalism, effective time management and positive attitude
- Excellent communication, patient rapport, and the ability to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold a high level of patient satisfaction that the clinic fosters as evidenced through patient retention
- Completion or aspiring to complete additional training in Acupuncture or ART/Graston technique
- An understanding of insurance procedures and claims (WSIB, MVA/SABS) would be a strong asset

**Schedule**:

- 2-5 days a week depending on patient demand and caseload
- Morning shift
- Day shift
- Late afternoon/evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 12-40 per week

**Salary**: $50.00 per hour
