You will supervise the collection of information required to keep the portfolio of projects up to date (budget, schedule, work remaining, etc). You will analyse deviations and produce a summary of the project portfolio for the portfolio management bodies (capacity to complete work, overruns, risks, alerts and dependencies, etc). You will ensure that project commitments are clearly defined and met in line with the processes defined by the FRESH organisation. You will inform and/or alert follow-up management (budget, schedule, risks, etc). 2- Carry out reporting You will prepare and consolidate indicators for the FRESH Americas entity. You will ensure that the methodology and tools are used and propose areas for improvement on a continuous basis.
