We have a distribution center located in Medicine, Alberta. Clow Canada is wholly owned by McWaneInc. one of the largest manufactures of fire hydrants, valves and cast iron pipe in North America.
Position
**ISO/Project Coordinator**
Position Summary
The ISO/Project Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining CLOW Canada’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
The ISO/Project Coordinator is also responsible to administer and organize project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the
Plant Engineer with respect to timeline and budget.

Skills and Attributes Required
**Technical Skills/Attributes**:
- Technology Diploma and/or experience 2 - 5 years' in an industrial setting with project management/execution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with ISO 9001:2015.
- ISO Internal Auditing Certificate considered an asset.
**Soft Skills/Attributes**:

Job Tasks
- Knowledge and support of Company Quality Standards.
- Knowledge and support of Company Safety and Environmental Practices.
- Responsible for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Responsible for Internal & External Quality Audits.
- KPI Tracking, Reporting, Posting etc.
- Ensure quality manuals and work instructions are kept up-to-date.
- Perform various cycle counts to ensure accurate physical inventory.
- Perform various time studies to help ensure efficiencies and costing is accurate.
- Acquire project or equipment quotes as required.
- Coordinate activities, resources equipment and information.
- Prepare project charters, schedule and budget.
- Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issue that arise.
- Address changes to project scope appropriately and communicate changes to the rest of the team.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all team members.
- Seek new improvement opportunities.
- Represent and support company initiatives.
- Support and develop a respectful workplace.
- Promote a team approach with all company employees.
- Acquisition of Building Permits when a project requires one
- Perform other duties as required.
