**Responsibilities**:

- Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain.
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, small machinery etc.
- Safely maintain equipment and clean job sites.
- Read & Work off construction plans.
- Work on all aspects of the build.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Minimum 3 years of Residential Construction industry experience.

Carpentry Red Seal is an asset.
Understanding of construction principles and procedures.

Valid BC driver's license without restrictions and reliable means of transportation.

Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to lead and motivate the team.

Able to work in a demanding work environment with various weather conditions.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Courtenay, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Construction: 3 years (preferred)
