**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items for cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours.
- Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up the kitchen before service and cleaning up after service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and meal preparation, with a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
