_**RAPS is Seeking an Evening Caregiver to Assist an Individual with Dementia (S11)**_
- **Location: South Edmonton (Near Southgate Mall)**_
- **Hours/Days**:_12:30pm-9:30pm (2x per week: flexible)_
- **Rate of Pay**:_$20.00/hour_
- **Job Description**_: Duties include but are not limited to following a specific care plan, providing mobility assistance, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, peri care etc.), range of motion exercises, keeping track of inventory, charting, meal preparation & cooking, feeding assistance, and encouragement, light housekeeping (sweeping, kitchen cleaning, laundry), engage in music therapy, supervision, and companionship._
