**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter areas as needed to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to client inquiries.
- Maintaining outside flower bed which would involve pruning, deadheading and watering of plants.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties.
- A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Residential cleaning: 3 years (required)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (required)
