Hello, Compliance Specialists
My name is Tony Brink and I'm a serial entrepreneur, founder of a few businesses in wholesale, retail and E-commerce. I'm the founder of Etta Vita, a dietary supplement company based in the US that specializes in naturopathic and herbal nutraceuticals for vitality and wellness.
About the role:
This would start as a Part-Time (10-20h/week) Remote position with the potential to move to a full-time position.
We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones or overlap.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Research and review laws, regulations and industry standards to ensure that all supplement labels are accurate and compliant
- Create labels for new and existing health and wellness supplements, including ingredient and nutrition facts
- Develop and maintain labeling requirements to ensure that labels are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate laboratory testing to verify the safety and quality of the supplements
- Provide quality assurance on labels to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the entire products lines

**Requirements**:
- Experience with Quality Assurance Labels
- Experience with coordinating laboratory tests for compliance
- Experience with health and wellness categories, primarily supplements
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Problem-solving skills
