We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for all food and beverage related operations. Food production responsibilities include preparing food items for the table, such as sauces and salads, and other items, such as cheese and bread. To be successful as a Food and Beverage Manager, you should be able to manage the food preparation in a way that maximizes quality, while minimizing waste. Ultimately, you will ensure that our food is delicious and that our customers have a great dining experience.

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with restaurant operations
- Knowledge of the food menu and its capability to sell out
- Ability to manage staff and their performance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Aptitude in managing multiple restaurant fronts with multiple cooks
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet the demands of business
- ServSafe certification or willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5T 3A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
