If you’re obsessed with ensuring our customers’ happiness and always striving for improvement, then we want you on our team **As a customer success expert, you will**: - Become an RVezy pro, solving problems and making things right for our customers at every step of their journey. - Be the guardian of our data, ensuring that all customer interactions, accounts, and bookings are kept in tip-top shape. - Be the ultimate problem-solver, identifying and resolving issues or escalating them as needed to make sure our customers have a positive experience. - Build long-lasting relationships with our customers based on trust and open communication. - Be the liaison between the customer and the rest of the company, passing along their needs, wants, and feedback to help us keep improving our platform. **What you’ll bring to the team**: - Grit: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always up for a challenge. Location The role will require you to work from our office in Centretown 3-5 days per week (different depending on the time of year).
