**Our expectations**:
The primary function of the Coordinator, Internet Fulfillment is to ensure online orders are fulfilled. This includes training associates, checking the status of online orders, and addressing any order issues. The incumbent is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, fulfilling customer requests, identifying customer needs, and handling customer concerns.
**Your role**:
- Keep management informed of online orders to be processed
- Execute daily assigned tasks
- Maintain product and system knowledge
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping store areas clean and organized, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks
- Operate store equipment and support other departments as needed
- Complete all other duties as assigned or requested by the supervisor
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience
- Assess customer needs and provide cuts on various materials
- Ensure and participate in the maintenance of your department
- Keep up to date with new products and their functions
- Be aware of current promotions and flyers
- Comply with policies and procedures regarding health and safety
**The qualifications we are looking for**:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Experience inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
- At least 1 year of retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers in locating products, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business
- At least 1 year of retail merchandising experience, including performing zone recovery, stocking, downstocking, facing/fronting products, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position at other home improvement or hardware retailers in a related department (e.g., Kitchen, Plumbing, Electrical, Lawn and Garden)
