**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers as they arrive on the lot and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle inventory, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing cars.
- Assist in parking vehicles in designated areas, ensuring proper placement for easy access.
- Monitor vehicle security and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Provide support to sales staff by preparing vehicles for test drives and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and dealership operations.

**Skills**
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Background in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
