**Counter Sales/Warehouse Associates**

**NEXT Supply is the new generation of supplier in wholesale Plumbing and Hydronics - setting superior standards in service, product availability and delivery. NEXT has strategically located local warehouses across and beyond the GTA, each with a full quantity of inventory and strong, strategic delivery capabilities.**

**Role Overview**:
As a **Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate**, you will provide excellent service by communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and offering effective solutions. This role combines sales responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**What You Will Do**:

- Process orders quickly, handle returns and the required paperwork, and source items that are not in stock.
- Help with picking and packing orders, restocking items, and accurately keeping track of inventory.
- Assist with warehouse tasks to keep the area clean and safe. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries while making deliveries when needed.
- Work alongside team members to resolve issues related to orders, transfers, and purchase orders. Provide support and training to junior staff.

**What We Require**:

- General understanding of plumbing and/or hydronics basics. A clear police record is necessary for employment.
- Background in supporting roles within the plumbing industry.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in warehouse operations with some independence.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills. Flexible with work hours to fit the needs of the business.
