**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Unload and unpack shipments of products.
- Assist in building kits
- Inspect shipments for damage and correct quantities.
- Report and document damages, shortages or any discrepancies to the CSR and log it into our database.
- Match shipment to their associated purchase orders and cross reference to the Packing slip received.
- Prepare and organize received stock for inventory or future fulfillments.
- Respond to inquiries about customer orders, PO’s and shipment arriving in Score Promotions by providing status of delivery or availability.
- Record and manage all Returns and follow the Return Policy put in place.
- Assist in Picking, Packing and Shipping orders out.
- Proper safety items are worn when working in the warehouse.
**Education/Experience**:
- 2 year of experience in Warehousing preferred.
- Strong computer skills and above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of tact when dealing with and responding to shipping issues, supplier requests and customer complaints.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work as a cohesive group with coworkers within various internal departments.
- Ability to multi-task in a highly versatile, occasionally demanding business environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift weight of up to 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
