**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and address recurring issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English is required;
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining detailed records is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate business hours.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
