We are soccer development program operating in different cities in the GTA. We are social, rewarding, engaging and our goal is to provide top level development soccer programs & leagues to kids in local Toronto areas.

Improve Soccer is looking for an experienced coach to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who can help assist and mentor coaches as they run soccer programs for kids. We are a soccer development program in Toronto, ON. Our goal is to bring in quality coaches that undergo our coaches training program. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and adaptive, people who can manage a group of kids and teach our soccer cirriculum to kids ages 5-12.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in coaching (sport, physical or academic)
- Passionate about helping students become better players
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn new methods and software
- Flexible schedule (weekends and holidays)
- Must have a car to bring equipment to and from programs.

**Duties**:

- Oversee soccer programs and help mentor coaches as they run there soccer groups
- Engage a group of kids in soccer drills and games and teach them our session plans and cirriculum
- Help with program set up and clean up
- Coach students on how to play the game.
- Help students become better players by improving their technical abilities, game IQ, and overall confidence.
- Provide a fun, inclusive and engaging environment for the kids
- Update and post to our social media accounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $25,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
