**Position Overview**: The Site Coordinator will assist in managing construction projects from inception to completion and provide accurate cost estimations for various projects. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, managing crew and subcontractors, and helping to streamline operations. Some travel around South Western Ont may be required, thus Drivers License and Vehicle are essential

**Key Responsibilities**:
**THIS POSITION INVOLVES HANDS ON PHYSICAL WORK AT CONSTRUCTION SITE IN WINDSOR ONT. APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL TO WINDSOR. THIS POSITION INVOLVES SOME HANDS ON WORK AT THE SITE, SOME PAPERWORK, AND SOME REMOTE WORK.**
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and closing construction projects.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
- inspect and troubleshoot issues according to company and site standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with the OHSA (Ontario)
- **Estimating**:

- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and overheads.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine accurate quantities and costs.
- Collaborate with senior estimators to review and refine estimates.
- Assist in preparing and submitting bids and proposals.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between clients, project teams, and subcontractors and client.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, costs, and timelines.
- Address and resolve any client or team concerns promptly.
- Prepare VERBAL reports for weekly status meetings
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in construction project Coordination
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, **Procore**) and estimating tools (e.g., RSMeans, Buildertrend).
- **Must be familiar with residential construction, kitchen and bathroom renovations, etc, carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, flooring and drywall**:

- **Must be physically able to lift cabinets, walk with a 40 lb weight, bend. This is not an everyday task but may be required**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

**Specifications**:

- Drivers License with acceptable abstract required
- Willing to travel within south western Ontario
- Use of own vehicle or Company truck may be required
- Some in office. on site, and remote work will be required

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
