Ice Castles is built entirely by hand using hundreds of thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists. The castles include breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, and fountains.

The Ticketing Supervisor is responsible for the management of 15-20 Event Staff Members to execute the operations inside the ticketing office. The overall objective is to create a smooth and easy process for Ice Castle guests to check in at the ticketing office. Specific responsibilities include the following:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Assist Event Manager with hiring and training of all ticketing staff.
- Provide training for ticket scanning, cash handling, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Facilitate the top-notch guest experience by overseeing the smooth and safe running of the ticketing office.
- Keep constant communication with Event Manager to ensure discounts and coupons are following proper redemption procedures and electronic ticket issues are documented and resolved.
- Lead the ticketing staff with a positive and enthusiastic approach in all aspects of guest interaction at all times.
- Support the Event Manager with scheduling of box office to ensure proper coverage and staff utilization for the delivery of excellent guest service.

**HOURS**: Full time hours from the beginning of December through end of the season. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**: Required to work outside with various weather conditions. Ability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to respond to emergency situations. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

**PAY**: $28 per hour
